Can I keep my current phone number? Yes! In most cases your current phone number can be moved to Phone.com through a process called porting. It takes some time and paperwork, but we'll give you a temporary number for forwarding during the process.

Is the system secure and HIPPA compliant? Yes. Calls on the Phone.com platform are HIPPA compliant. Our Plus and Pro plans also include HIPPA compliant video. We use encryption and other types of transport layer security, TLS and secure SIP. 

What happens if I need more minutes? You can add bulk minutes to your monthly plan amount using theonline control panel with just a few clicks. You can also upgrade to an unlimited plan. 

Are there any taxes or fees in addition to my payment? Yes. State, federal and E911 taxes and fees will be added. Taxes vary between states. E911 fees will vary between $0.50 to $1.95 per user. 

Is telephone support included? Yes. Our support is unparalleled in the industry. We are available via email., chat, or phone 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Support is provided by our bilingual team in Poway, California.
